A premier evening
Night of the Heron is Citrus County’s premier black tie gala event, featuring complimentary cocktails, valet service,
fine dining, dancing and entertainment, plus, a few surprises that are the trademark of Night of the Heron.
Safe Ride Home Services will be available upon request. In addition, the Best Western Citrus Hills Lodge will offer
discounted room rates for all Hospice of Citrus County patrons.
Call them direct for additional information. All proceeds support the many programs of
Hospice of Citrus County, including our 16-bed inpatient residence called Hospice House, the Judith A. Nee Hospice
Care Unit at Citrus Memorial Hospital, our biannual Camp Good Hope & Teen Encounter programs for
children in grief, the accredited Shalom Jewish Hospice, Wings Grief Support, PUP’s Therapy Dogs, ClownTyme
Community Outreach and the final Wishes program.

Hospice of Citrus County, licensed in 1985, is proud to serve as your one and only hometown provider,
offering many choices in end of life care. Preserving the integrity of the hospice philosophy in the finest
traditions of serving the people of Citrus County, we remain here to serve you. Thank you for including

Sponsorship Opportunities
This year’s fifth annual Night of the Heron promises to be the best black tie gala ever. The venue for this
event will be the Citrus Hills Golf and Country Club. Proceeds benefit the programs of Hospice of Citrus County.

Sponsors will receive tickets and Treasure Keys prior to the event. Purchase Treasure Keys in advance
with individual tickets or at the event, if available. Your Key may be the one that opens one of Herry’s Treasures.
Only 50 Treasure Keys will be available for $100 each on a first come, first served basis. All prizes must be
claimed the night of the event.
